About Me
Hi! I'm Empress Ziliya, otherwise known as Ziliya, Zil, Zili, etc. I was ascended to the throne with the help of an entity known as chaos, which resides in the abyss. I now reign over the Ziliyan forest, surrounded by fellow lemurs and lemures (spirits). Together we do all sorts of things like play video games, make art, share stories, and more.
As the chaotic majesty of lemurs, I also have the ability to transform into my favorite lemur: a Coqueral's Sifaka. I live up to the title bestowed upon me by being a little scuffed and always ready with a lemur fun fact. My hope is to increase awareness about this endangered species and encourage conservation efforts.

• Increasing complexity or more details may result in a higher cost.
• The complexity of props or multiple props may result in a higher cost/price. This additional charge is subject to individual prop complexity.
• The use of commissions for content creation on streaming and social media platforms is permitted. This clause is dependent on credit towards me being present. Terms of Service
I. General
All commissions are digital. You, the client, will not receive any physical product from me the at any time.
Please give me credit on at least one of your socials (Twitter bio, Twitch panels, carrd, etc).
Example: Vtuber Mama/Model Art- @EmpressZiliya or Vtuber Papa/Rig- @EmpressZiliyaI reserve the right to showcase, stream, and post the artwork while it is in progress and after completion.
**Note: **Exceptions can be made in the event the client is doing a model reveal or is using the art for an upcoming event. In that situation, I will not post the commission until after the reveal or event date.I reserve the right to deny any commission request.
The timeframe for completion of a commission will begin once I start working on your project and not when I add you to my waitlist.
In the event of a Live2D rigging commission, the model art must be completed and you must have permission from the artist for it to be rigged. Stolen artwork will not be tolerated in any way.
The following instances will result in you being blacklisted: (1) If you file a chargeback against me, (2) don’t give me credit/claim my work as your own, (3) try to resell my work, (4) harass me, or (5) share any personal information then you will be blacklisted. By engaging in any of these behaviors and being blacklisted, you will lost all rights to anything I have made for you and I reserve the right to sell the work to new clients.
II. Usage
The use of commissions for content creation on streaming and social media platforms is permitted. This clause is dependent on credit towards me being present.
Commercial usage of a commission, such as for merchandise, is prohibited unless commercial rights have been paid for. See "Pricing and Payment" for more details.
Altering or editing any commission is prohibited. Resizing the model, using Vtuber assets, or changing colors of Live2D model parts via Vtube Studio's art meshes is permitted.
You are not permitted to claim my art or work as your own.
You are not permitted to resell any commission I have done for you.
III. Pricing and Payment
In order to utilize a commission for commercial use, an additional 50% commercial rights fee must be paid by you, the client.
Pricing/cost of commission may increase due to the complexity of the request.
Additional parts, parameters, and features for Live2D models will result in an additional cost depending on complexity.
Cost of commission may increase if changes are requested after sketch has been approved by the client. Minor changes such as color are permitted at no extra cost.
Discord Reactive capability for Plushie Art will cost an additional $5. This includes two (2) pngs. One png will have the mouth open and one will have the mouth closed.
The complexity of props or multiple props may result in a higher cost/price. This additional charge is subject to complexity.
Payment is due in full before I start the commission. I accept payments via Ko-fi and Paypal.
Additional fees may arise if you, the client, request multiple major changes or add-ons throughout the commission process. Any additional fees incurred must be paid before deliverables can be sent to you, the client.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time for any reason. Reasons include but are not limited to: significant changes or alterations from the original commission request, harassment, or intention to breach the terms of service.
The client is not permitted not request a refund once I have begun working on the commission.
